Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Skysirv, including Skysirv's website, account features, subscription services, airfare intelligence tools, alerts, route monitoring, saved flight features, AI-assisted travel intelligence, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing Skysirv, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Skysirv.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Skysirv only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Skysirv in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, payment network rule, or travel provider requirement.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to Skysirv systems, scrape or extract data without permission, reverse engineer proprietary features, bypass usage limits, abuse alerts or monitoring tools, or use Skysirv to support fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.

Accounts and Account Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain Skysirv features. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact Skysirv promptly.

Skysirv may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access if we believe an account has violated these Terms, created security risk, abused the service, failed to complete payment, disputed or reversed a valid charge, or used Skysirv in a way that may harm Skysirv, its users, or third-party services.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Certain Skysirv features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period. Plan features, limits, pricing, and availability may vary by subscription tier and may change over time.

Skysirv uses Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to securely process payments, manage billing, support subscription management, and provide access to invoices and cancellation options. Skysirv does not store your full payment card number, bank account number, or full payment credentials on its own servers.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription through your Skysirv account billing settings. Subscription management may redirect you to Stripe's secure customer billing portal.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or approved by Skysirv, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. After cancellation, paid access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refunds are governed by Skysirv's Refund Policy. Refund requests are reviewed at Skysirv's discretion and, if approved, are processed through Stripe when possible.

Airfare Intelligence and Travel Information

Skysirv provides airfare intelligence, monitoring, pricing signals, alerts, AI-assisted insights, and decision-support information. This information is provided for informational purposes only.

Skysirv does not guarantee specific airfare prices, fare availability, savings, booking outcomes, route availability, future price movements, or travel results. Airfare prices and availability may change quickly and may differ from information displayed within Skysirv.

You are responsible for reviewing all travel details, prices, restrictions, baggage rules, fare conditions, cancellation policies, passport or visa requirements, and provider terms before making a booking decision.

Third-Party Services and Providers

Skysirv may rely on third-party services, data providers, payment processors, travel technology providers, mapping services, AI providers, and other external systems. These third-party services may have their own terms, policies, fees, rules, and availability.

Unless expressly stated in a specific booking flow, Skysirv is not an airline, air carrier, travel agency, payment processor, or travel provider. Skysirv does not operate flights, set airline fares, issue airline tickets, control airline inventory, or guarantee third-party travel services.

AI-Assisted Features

Skysirv may include AI-assisted features designed to help explain airfare behavior, route monitoring, pricing signals, travel preferences, and account-related information. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on limited information.

AI-assisted information should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, immigration, safety, or travel booking advice. You should independently verify important information before making travel or purchasing decisions.

User Content and Feedback

You may provide information to Skysirv, including route preferences, saved flights, account details, feedback, support requests, and other content. You are responsible for the information you submit and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or abusive.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Skysirv, you allow Skysirv to use that feedback to improve, develop, market, and operate the service without obligation to compensate you.

Intellectual Property

Skysirv, the Skysirv name, branding, website, software, interface designs, proprietary logic, intelligence features, workflows, copy, visual elements, and related technology are owned by Skysirv or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Proprietary Skysirv features and marks include Skysirv Monitor™, Skysirv Signals™, Skysirv Price Behavior™, Skysirv Predict™, Skysirv Insights™, Skyscore™, Lucy, the Skysirv Flight Attendant™, and the Skysirv Intelligence Engine™.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Skysirv or any Skysirv intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Skysirv without written permission.

Service Availability and Changes

Skysirv may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the platform develops.

Skysirv does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous availability of data providers, or that alerts, monitoring, or AI-assisted features will always be timely, complete, or accurate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Skysirv is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skysirv disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and reliability.

Skysirv does not warrant that the service will meet your expectations, produce a particular travel result, identify the lowest possible fare, prevent price increases, or remain free from errors, interruptions, delays, or security issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skysirv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost savings, lost travel opportunities, missed fares, business interruption, data loss, or damages related to travel decisions made using Skysirv.

Skysirv's total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Skysirv for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skysirv from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of Skysirv, your submitted content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Account Termination

You may request or initiate account deletion through available account settings. If you have an active paid subscription, you may be required to cancel the subscription through billing settings before deleting your account.

Skysirv may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create legal or security risk, abuse the service, or use Skysirv in a way that harms Skysirv, other users, or third-party systems.

Changes to These Terms

Skysirv may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, the "Last updated" date may be revised. Continued use of Skysirv after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified by Skysirv, without regard to conflict of law principles. Additional legal terms may apply depending on where Skysirv is formed, operated, or required to comply with applicable law.
