This Privacy Policy explains how Skysirv collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you access or use Skysirv's website, account features, subscription services, airfare intelligence tools, route monitoring, alerts, saved flight features, AI-assisted travel intelligence, and related services.

By using Skysirv, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or interacting with our services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Skysirv may collect information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and information received from trusted third-party providers that help us operate Skysirv.

Information we may collect includes account information such as your email address, password credentials in hashed form, account status, subscription tier, billing status, account creation date, and account preferences.

We may also collect travel-related information you choose to provide or generate while using Skysirv, including saved flights, monitored routes, preferred airports, preferred travel times, preferred lounges, trip details, alert settings, route searches, booking-related inputs, and other information used to provide airfare intelligence and account features.

Skysirv may collect technical and usage information, including device type, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, features used, approximate interaction times, error logs, authentication events, session activity, referral information, and other diagnostic data used to maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Payment and Billing Information

Skysirv uses Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to securely process subscription payments, manage billing, provide invoices, and support subscription management.

When you purchase a paid Skysirv subscription, your payment information is submitted directly through Stripe's secure payment system. Skysirv does not store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account number, or other full payment credentials on its own servers.

Skysirv may store limited billing-related information received from Stripe, such as your subscription plan, billing interval, subscription status, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, invoice status, payment status, cancellation status, and relevant billing dates. This information is used to provide account access, manage subscriptions, prevent billing errors, and support customer service requests.

How We Use Information

Skysirv uses collected information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide subscription access, operate airfare monitoring features, deliver route intelligence, support saved flight and alert features, process account preferences, and provide customer support.

We may use information to generate airfare intelligence, monitor route activity, calculate pricing signals, personalize account experiences, improve product functionality, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, detect security issues, and maintain the reliability of the service.

We may also use information to send important account, billing, security, service, legal, or administrative communications. These may include account verification messages, subscription updates, payment notices, cancellation confirmations, password or security notices, policy updates, and service-related announcements.

AI-Assisted Features

Skysirv may include AI-assisted features, including Lucy, the Skysirv Flight Attendant™, that help explain airfare behavior, route monitoring, pricing signals, account information, and travel-related insights.

Information you provide to AI-assisted features, including messages, route details, preferences, or account context, may be processed to generate responses and improve the usefulness of Skysirv's services. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your use of the service.

AI-assisted responses may be generated using third-party technology providers. Skysirv takes reasonable steps to limit the information shared with service providers to what is needed to operate and improve the service.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Skysirv may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to support authentication, account sessions, security, preferences, product functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring.

Some browser or device settings may allow you to block or delete cookies and local storage. However, certain Skysirv features may not function properly if these technologies are disabled.

Skysirv may use trusted third-party service providers to operate, secure, host, monitor, analyze, and improve the service. These providers may include payment processors, cloud hosting providers, database providers, email delivery services, analytics providers, mapping providers, travel technology providers, AI providers, and infrastructure services.

Third-party providers may process information on Skysirv's behalf only as needed to provide their services, comply with legal obligations, protect against fraud or abuse, or support the operation of Skysirv.

Your use of third-party services, including Stripe for payments, may also be subject to those providers' own terms, privacy policies, and data handling practices.

Skysirv does not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Skysirv, process payments, deliver emails, host infrastructure, provide analytics, support customer service, secure the platform, or provide AI-assisted and travel intelligence features.

Skysirv retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.

If you delete your account, Skysirv may delete or de-identify certain account information, subject to legal, security, billing, backup, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance requirements. Some information may remain in backups, logs, invoices, payment records, or administrative records for a limited period where necessary.

Data Security

Skysirv uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include secure authentication practices, session-based access controls, encrypted transport where applicable, access limitations, infrastructure monitoring, and reliance on trusted third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, and related services.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Skysirv cannot guarantee that information will always remain secure, but we work to protect information using reasonable safeguards appropriate for the nature of the service.
