This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for Skysirv subscription plans.

Subscription Billing

Skysirv provides subscription-based access to airfare intelligence tools, route monitoring, saved flight tracking, pricing insights, alerts, AI-assisted travel intelligence, and related software features.

By purchasing a paid Skysirv subscription, you agree to be billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period, either monthly or yearly.

Payment Processing

Skysirv uses Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to securely process subscription payments, manage billing, and support subscription-related payment functions.

When you purchase a paid Skysirv subscription, your payment information is submitted directly through Stripe's secure payment system. Skysirv does not store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, or other full payment credentials on its own servers.

By completing a payment, you may also be subject to Stripe's applicable terms, privacy policy, and payment processing requirements.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Skysirv account billing settings.

Subscription management, including cancellations, is handled through Stripe's secure customer billing portal. When you choose to manage your subscription, you may be redirected to Stripe to review billing details, update payment information, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or approved by Skysirv, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid Skysirv features until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to paid Skysirv features has been provided.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in limited situations, including:

  • A duplicate charge
  • A billing or payment processing error
  • A charge made after a confirmed cancellation
  • A significant technical issue that prevents access to paid subscription features

Skysirv does not guarantee refunds for unused time, lack of use, changes in travel plans, dissatisfaction with airfare prices, missed deals, or failure to find a specific fare, route, or travel outcome.

Airfare Intelligence Disclaimer

Skysirv provides airfare intelligence, monitoring, pricing signals, and decision-support tools. Skysirv does not guarantee specific airfare prices, fare availability, savings, booking outcomes, or future price movements.

Refunds will not be issued solely because a user did not find a desired fare, deal, route result, or travel outcome.

Refund Review and Processing

All refund requests are reviewed at Skysirv's discretion. Approved refunds may be full or partial depending on the circumstances.

If a refund is approved by Skysirv, the refund will be processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used at checkout when possible.

Refund timing may vary depending on Stripe, the customer's payment method, card issuer, bank, or financial institution. Skysirv does not control third-party payment network processing times.

Failed Payments, Disputes, and Chargebacks

If a payment fails, Stripe may notify the customer and/or attempt payment again depending on the billing configuration.

If a customer disputes a charge with their bank, card issuer, or payment provider, the dispute or chargeback process may be handled through Stripe and the applicable financial networks. Skysirv reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate account access when a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or otherwise not successfully completed.

Taxes and Fees

Subscription prices may not include applicable taxes, duties, or other government-imposed charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Where applicable, taxes may be calculated and collected through Stripe during the checkout or billing process.
